Performance Analyst
Department: Human Resources


Location: Lagos

Job Description:

Provide support in the implementation of IPF across the organization
Provide enlightenment to staff regarding the IPF and recognition programmes

Assist with the implementation and coordination of employee performance management PPP’s and communication

Maintain the performance management database and files – electronic and physical databases
Provide general HR performance reports and specific IPF reports as requested

Manage and implement the MTN recognition programme (Y’elloStars) across the organization
Manage and implement HR recognition scheme (HRE Award) across HR Division

Develop, implement and manage all Club 0803 annual calendar of activities for all regions
Provide MTNN staff support with Club 0803 queries

Work with agency to manage appearance and content of the club 0803 website
General administrative function of filing both hard and soft copies of documents

Job Conditions:
General working conditions May be required to work extra hours

Reporting To:
Performance Specialist

Required Skills:
Four(4) year experience of which Two(2) years in performance management/coordinating staff recognition programmes

Experience in a project management environment
Employment Status :
Permanent

Qualification:
First degree preferably in the social sciences or any other relevant degree
